Lizard Fire Studios, the graphic division of ProAccess Systems Inc.,
a Texas Corporation, has been creating 3D animations for clients since 1999.
Our director and chief animator, John Burch, worked for 18 years as an Electronic Engineer
after receiving a Master's Degree in 1972. His previous work includes 3 to 5 years
at Texas Instruments, Data General and Dell Computer.
His goal for Lizard Fire Studios is to deliver excellent quality work
that exactly meets the clients' needs - on time and within budget.
Based in Austin, Texas, Lizard Fire Studios has worked with clients
around the world. Our "Gallery" section will show you what we've done.
On a more human note, I recently decided to give this site a human face and to
explain where I got the unusual name for my studio.
I've always appreciated the reptiles of this world, in
particular the small geckos that live around me here in Texas. I catch a small gecko inside
about once a year and promply take him/her outside. I enjoy their visits. The fire aspect comes
from its traditional use as a symbol of energy and creation. Putting all that together
with a need to avoid trademark conflicts and a desire to stand out in the industry, I came
up with Lizard Fire.
